It’s not always easy to spot when a relationship has become unhealthy, especially when you love your partner or parent. Perhaps you feel confused about a current or previous relationship. You are told one thing but treated in an entirely different way and it doesn’t make sense. You find yourself working really hard to keep them happy but inside you’re anxious and feeling alone.

By working together, we can make sense of what has happened to you and find ways of taking back control of your life. We might work on setting boundaries or explore how co-dependency can make you feel responsible for the feelings of others. We might find approaches to help alleviate anxiety or improve low self-esteem and the relationship that you have with yourself.
